About this morning
The Tennessee FSBO Gathering is a Saturday morning built for homeowners who are selling on their own — or planning to in the next year. You'll spend most of the morning talking with other Tennessee sellers who are at the same stage you are: what's working, what surprised them, and the decisions in front of them right now. Short teaching sessions anchor the morning; the room does most of the talking.
This is a room for homeowners — not an industry event. If you're a licensed real estate agent or broker, we mean this kindly: please leave the seats for the sellers. Nobody at these tables is a prospect, and nobody in the room is pitching anybody.
What happens between 8:30 and 12:30
- Welcome — and the story behind Owner Listing Services
- The Decisions That Cost You — the slice of the 100 Decisions of Selling Your Home™ that eats the most equity: honest pricing, prep, photos, offers, inspections, closing costs
- Find Your Stage — table conversations with sellers at your stage: thinking about it, prepping, listed now, or sold
- The Traps — FSBO scams, showing safety, and the pricing errors that cost sellers real money
- Trade One Thing — bring one thing you know and one thing you need; leave with new contacts and real answers
- The 24/7 Guide, live — a demonstration of the free OLS 24/7 Guide, and one clear next step if you want help after the morning ends
You'll leave with
- The 100 Decisions workbook — yours to keep
- At least three new contacts who are selling, too
- The 24/7 Guide in your pocket for the questions that come up at 2 AM
Coffee and pastries included. Hosted by Wade Blaylock, founder of Owner Listing Services.
Tickets
First 25 tickets, or until December 31
75 seats total — capped so the table conversations work
The honest ticket note: If fewer than 40 tickets sell by January 2, the gathering will be rescheduled or refunded in full — no one is out a dollar for a room that doesn't fill.
